The Service was amazing. We had our wedding anniversary and they prepared some surprises which were so nice. A special thank to Ratanak for all his service he did (but also to the whole FO team: Chivid, Vibol, Neath, Neang). The Location is also perfect, in the middle of the town.

The Mony Reach team is absolutely lovely! I had an amazing time there. It is close to everything, and people kindness is unmatched! The rooms are huge with a balcony to relax after a long walking day. I haven't used the swimming pool but it looked very lovely. Thank you for the wonderful welcome in your beautiful hotel.

Had such a wonderful experience here, probably the best hotel I’ve ever been to. The property is absolutely beautiful with a great central location. When you arrive you are greeted with a cool towel, a refreshing beverage, and a delicious sweet treat. Your luggage is taken to your room for you. The staff really go above and beyond to give you a special and memorable experience, and treat you with the utmost kindness. One member of our party stubbed her finger out by the pool, and the staff immediately came to assist her and make sure she had good care. They even came up to our room later that night to bring her a hot/cool pack for her finger and check on her. For the days that followed, they continued to check in and make sure she was doing ok. Truly the most kind service I’ve ever seen or experienced from hotel staff. The room has a robe and slippers waiting for you and is super spacious and clean. Beautiful and gourmet breakfast buffet every morning with indoor and outdoor options. The pool is gorgeous and very refreshing after a hot day in Cambodia.

I can't rate this place high enough. The hotel is lovely, as are the rooms, but the people make it fantastic. The breakfast selection is quite varied and has changes made every day. Eggs, breads, congee plus a number of other asian dishes, salads, coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruit, plus. As mentioned, the staff are so delightful to deal with. We have already checked out, and right now, we are waiting in the foyer for our ride to the airport in about 90 minutes. We were brought water and their tasty welcome drink. Fantastic service. The location is also terrific, nice walking distance to most of what you would want to see and do. There are many many very good small restaurants within a block radius .

Everything was great The location was amazing, very close from all points of interest within 5-10 mn range The room was very spacious (although lacked a bit of decoration). The bed was large (the pillows were a bit hard for the neck). The bathroom was spacious enough The personnel was nice and arranging. They prepared a breakfast box for our early departure.

Super-friendly staff. Hotel is quite new with big and cozy rooms with awesome minimalistic design. Location is good, it's in the tourist center with Pub street and main sights (I don't mean Angkor Wat here) a couple of minutes away. Breakfast was good, with some local meals, including vegetarian

Location was excellent, less than 10min walk to Pub street. Lots of small pubs & restarants to eat nearby within 3 or 4 min walk. Breakfast (buffet style) was perfect. Fruit, cereals, home made yoghurts, croissants, cakes, Asian food too like Noodles, rice. Fried food too like, eggs or boiled or sausages etc ...the list goes on! Also the best Hotel for aircon.. except the lobby... like most hotels the lobby is exposed to outside heat.

Wonderful, welcoming staff, very large room with comfortable bed, good breakfast, decent value for money and a good location just far enough away from the intrusive noise of the city centre. Smart TV in the room with working on demand services was a nice bonus.

The hotel and the room were very clean. The room was well furnished, and the bathroom had the vanity with the shower. The bed was comfortable. We were first given a room facing the street that was a bit noisy. As soon as we told our concerns to the front desk they gave us a different quite room.
